Spirit serves the best of British cooking, inspired by the tastes and flavours of the many diverse cultures that make up the British Isles.

Our seasonal menu offers the finest dishes, freshly prepared and cooked to order.

Working with a trusted network of suppliers, we aim to source the best available produce in season, and wherever possible we will source locally.

Our inspirational and creative chefs are passionate about the food they produce, and create dishes from the finest and freshest of the season's highlights. We love sharing our passion and knowledge of quality, tasty food with our guests so if you want to know how we make any of our dishes just ask!
